The BAR6E takes Bromo's Rocky Mountain parlour design and adds genuine stage-ready electronics, all wrapped in an all-solid body built for tone. A solid A-grade red cedar top brings a lively, immediately responsive voice that's particularly well suited to fingerstyle, blues, and folk playing, while solid A-grade Amara ebony back and sides add rich overtones and real visual presence. Bromo's patented ToneFlow bracing widens the tonal spectrum further, giving this small-bodied guitar more depth than you'd expect from its size.
Comfort has been genuinely thought through here — the mahogany neck is built with a Low Profile carve and reinforced with two Amara ebony strips for stability, and it's paired with Bromo's "Comfy Nut," a bone nut indented on both edges of the fingerboard that removes the awkward ridge you get with a conventional nut, giving the fretting hand extra room to move. A built-in Fishman Sonitone pickup system, mounted in the soundhole, makes the BAR6E just as capable amplified as it is unplugged.
Detailing is where this guitar really shows its Rocky Mountain pedigree: flame maple multi-layer binding with abalone purfling, abalone "Eagle Eye" fingerboard inlays, a mother-of-pearl Mt. Bromo headstock logo, and vintage "Bromo" antique brass tuners all combine for a genuinely premium look and feel.
Perfect for: fingerstyle, blues, and folk players after a compact, all-solid guitar with real electronics on board, and anyone who wants parlour-size comfort without giving up tone or amplified performance.
