SHIPPING INFOMATION

At Ron Leigh’s Music Factory, we offer free, Australia wide, shipping on all orders over $100 except for large and heavy items (e.g., speaker cabinets, drum kits). We also offer competitive postage costs on all orders under $100 and for heavy items.

You can also order online and collect your purchase in store. If you would like to click and collect your order at our store, please select click and collect at checkout. Once your order is ready for pickup, our team will call you to arrange a suitable pickup time. Please allow 1 – 2 business days for our team to prepare your click and collect order.

All our orders are dispatched within 1 – 2 business days and will be sent with Australia Post, Sendle, Couriers Please or by a third party courier with tracking information. Your tracking information will be sent to the email address used upon checkout.

Our delivery times are estimated between 2 – 10 business days, depending on your location. Couriered items cannot be sent to a PO Box or a parcel collect, so for any larger items, please provide us with a home or business address.
