REFUNDS

At Ron Leigh’s Music Factory, we want you be in love with your purchase!
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You are entitled to a refund if the goods you have purchased are:

1. Faulty.
2. Differ significantly to those shown, advertised or described.
3. Not doing what they’re supposed to do.

We do not automatically accept returns and offer refunds for a change of mind. To initiate a return, please complete the below form, call us on 03 9593 3900 or email [email protected] within 3 days of taking delivery. You will be responsible for return shipping costs once we’ve approved the refund. 

WARRANTIES

If your item is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect and is within the manufacturer’s warranty period, we will repair or replace the item. If your item cannot be repaired or replaced, we will offer a store credit or refund.

Any items found to be faulty due to abuse or mishandling will not qualify for warranty or replacement.
