Just ordered a Cordoba 25T ukulele over the phone from South Australia. They were so helpful over the phone, replaced the high G with a low G string for me , packaged it up securely and got it to the courier quick smart. I received it today after only purchasing it Wednesday (2 days ago) Great service. I’m so happy with my new instrument.

I purchased a set of strings "on line" from Ron Leighs, it all went well, the order was dispatched and delivered (to me) promptly, the price of the item was competitive and so was the postage cost. I will buy from here again. Thanks to everyone at Ron's

Humble, friendly and approachable people in the store. In a lot of other music stores you can often find massive egos but not here- I’ve found particularly Chris and Ron to be incredibly down to earth and helpful, and don’t make you feel silly for asking questions!

Sold me an instrument with very sharp frets that should never have passed quality check, took two weeks to respond to my concerns, did not confirm they had received the returned instrument until pressed, and lied about processing my refund. Almost two weeks on from when they claimed to have refunded me, still nothing, and are now not responding to any of my contact attempts. Very poor.
