You are entitled to a refund if the goods you have purchased are:

- 2. Differ significantly to those shown. Advertised or described.
- 3. Not doing what they’re supposed to do
Please choose carefully as we don’t automatically give refunds for a change of mind. You will be responsible for return shipping costs once we’ve approved the refund. To initiate a return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of taking delivery.
If your item is found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect and is within the manufacturer’s warranty period, we will repair or replace the item.
If your item cannot be repaired or replaced, we will offer a store credit or refund.
Items found to be faulty due to abuse or mishandling will not qualify for warranty or replacement.
